People with disabilities are the largest minority group in the U.S. at over 60 million, yet they often remain largely unrepresented. For example, 81% of people with disabilities don't' feel welcome in fitness spaces, which is compounded by the lack of access to adaptive options. And as much as 80% of persons with disabilities believe basic financial literacy skills, which are essential for daily living, are not covered in existing training programs. Both government and private sector organizations are turning to creative collaborations to solve the gap.
